What the 10007 alarm means
The joint drive reports bus voltage outside the valid window — overvoltage from regeneration or undervoltage from a weak supply. This is one of the faults our repair team handles on AUBO i-series / C-series (ARCS SDK) systems — the cause is usually identifiable within the first on-site inspection.
Most common causes
- Supply voltage out of range
- Loose power connectors
- Regenerative energy with no dissipation path
- Power module aging
Step-by-step field fix
- Measure the supply against the nameplate
- Check power connector tightness
- Soften deceleration in the program
- Check the braking resistor path where fitted
- If the supply is stable, service the joint power stage
