Yes. We are based in Guangzhou, and across the Pearl River Delta we typically respond and arrive on site within 30 minutes to 3 hours, depending on your location and our schedule. For emergencies, call us first and describe the downtime — we will prioritise your case.
We always follow the same process: diagnosis first, quote second, repair third. After our engineer diagnoses the fault on site, we provide a repair plan and a quote. Work only starts after your confirmation, so costs are fully transparent throughout. If you decide not to proceed after diagnosis, you only pay the on-site inspection fee. Final costs depend on the fault type and the parts required.
Yes. All repair and refurbishment projects come with a warranty; the scope and duration are confirmed in writing before work begins. If the same issue recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no additional cost.
Yes, and we recommend it. Send us photos or videos of the alarm code and symptoms via WeChat (same number as our phone line), and our engineers will make a preliminary remote diagnosis. Many minor issues can be solved on the spot with our guidance, saving you the call-out fee. When an on-site visit is genuinely needed, we arrive with the right spare parts and fix it in one trip.

Yes. Robots in working order are valued as complete units; faulty ones are valued based on component value — we have in-house repair capability ourselves, so our offers are fair. We never lowball just because a machine is broken.
