This page explains how Guangzhou Henghuan Robotics Co., Ltd. delivers its services, the rights and duties of both parties, and the boundary for using the content of this website, including the alarm-code library. Please read it before commissioning a service or relying on site content.
These terms apply to the services provided by Guangzhou Henghuan Robotics Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") through this website and offline channels: industrial-robot application support, repair and maintenance, sales of new and used robots, rental, and retrofit or upgrade work. They also apply to your access to and use of all content on this website, including the alarm-code library, technical articles and photographs. By commissioning a service or continuing to use this website, you accept these terms.
We commit to the following response times and, on request, write them into the service contract: 30 minutes to 3 hours on site within the Pearl River Delta; 1 business day within Guangdong Province; 1-3 business days across mainland China; 2-5 business days for customers elsewhere in the world. Repair work follows an inspect-first-then-quote rule: an engineer inspects on site, issues a written fault description and a quotation, and only starts the repair after you approve it. No repair fee is incurred before approval. Repairs carry a warranty whose scope and duration are stated on the quotation or in the contract.
Quotations are based on inspection findings and itemise labour, spare parts and travel. Used-robot transactions rely on on-site appraisal or our written inspection report, delivered together with the inspection record. For rentals, the rate, term, maintenance scope and end-of-term options (return, renew or buy out) are stated in the rental contract. Unless the contract says otherwise, settlement follows the agreed method after the work is completed.
To keep the work safe and efficient, the customer provides the necessary site conditions: cooperation with power isolation and lock-out/tag-out of the work area, cleared access routes, truthful disclosure of the equipment's fault history and past modifications, and clearing personnel from the area during safety-circuit work. Delays or extra costs caused by missing these conditions are settled by negotiation. Where a fault escalates or an accident occurs because the customer concealed modification history or short-circuited a safety circuit, we bear no corresponding liability.
The alarm meanings, common causes and troubleshooting steps in our alarm-code library are summaries of our own service experience, offered as reference only. The same alarm code can have different causes across controller models, software versions and site conditions; the official manuals and vendor documentation prevail. Before acting on this content yourself, make sure you hold the relevant electrical and mechanical qualifications. Work involving e-stop chains, brakes or drive power carries real danger: unqualified handling can damage the equipment or injure people, so leave it to professionals. We are not liable for losses caused by acting on this content without professional involvement.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or production-stop losses caused by force majeure (including natural disasters, epidemic controls, power outages and communication failures), by hidden defects in the customer's own equipment, or by third-party causes. Our liability for a single service is capped at the fee actually charged for that service, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. This clause does not exclude our liability for personal injury caused by intent or gross negligence.

We may revise these terms from time to time; the revised version takes effect once published on this page, so please check it periodically. These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from a service shall first be settled by negotiation; failing that, either party may bring the case to the competent people's court at our place of registration.
