This website (www.hhrobotics.cn, hereinafter the "Site") is operated by Guangzhou Henghuan Robotics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter the "Company"). This document sets out the terms governing access to and use of the Site and is binding on all visitors. Any use of the Site, in whatever form, constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms by the visitor.
All information published on the Site (including, without limitation, descriptions of products and services, technical specifications, prices, service conditions, examples of completed work and other materials) is provided solely for informational and reference purposes, is given in abbreviated and generalised form, and does not constitute a public offer within the meaning of applicable law, an obligation of the Company, a commercial proposal, professional advice or a legal recommendation. Any terms of cooperation are determined exclusively by a bilateral written contract concluded between the Company and a specific customer. The Company may modify or remove information on the Site at any time without prior notice.
The Company is an independent legal entity established and operating under the laws of the People's Republic of China. The Company is not an affiliate, agent, distributor or authorised representative of any third party, including the manufacturers and rights holders of the trademarks mentioned on the Site (among them FANUC, ABB, YASKAWA, KAWASAKI, KUKA, INOVANCE, ESTUN and others). All trademarks, trade names and other objects of intellectual property belong to their respective lawful owners. They are mentioned on the Site solely to indicate technical compatibility and to describe the services provided, and no intention is made to create the impression of any relationship between the Company and those rights holders.
The Company conducts its business in strict compliance with the laws of the People's Republic of China and with the resolutions of the United Nations Security Council that are binding upon it. The Company does not supply goods or provide services intended, directly or indirectly, for the development, manufacture or use of weapons of mass destruction or their means of delivery, nor for any other purpose restricted by applicable law. The Company reserves the right to refuse to conclude, to suspend or to terminate any transaction or the provision of any service where it has reasonable grounds to doubt that such transaction or service could violate applicable law, regulatory requirements, or international sanctions regimes binding upon the Company. The Company bears no liability for failure to perform its obligations where such failure is caused by circumstances connected with the application of sanctions or other restrictive measures binding upon the Company and operating beyond its control.
The Site is accessible from various countries and regions. Given the substantial differences between the laws of individual jurisdictions, each visitor is obliged to determine independently whether accessing the Site and using its materials is permissible under the laws of their own jurisdiction, and bears sole responsibility for such use. All disputes shall be resolved by the competent people's court at the place of the Company's location, in accordance with the procedural law of the People's Republic of China.
The Company may amend these terms at any time without prior notice. The current version of the terms is always published on this page. Continued use of the Site after amendments take effect signifies the visitor's acceptance of the amended terms. If any provision of these terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in force.
