Used Industrial Robot Buyback

Factory relocation, production-line upgrade, or equipment sitting idle? Sell your robots to us: on-site valuation, price agreed face to face, cash settlement.

A simple four-step buyback process

  • 1Send details for a preliminary valuation: send the brand, model, nameplate and condition photos via WeChat, and we give you a preliminary estimate
  • 2On-site inspection: our engineer visits for a hands-on assessment and confirms the final price with you face to face
  • 3Cash settlement: once the price is agreed, we settle on the spot — no delays
  • 4Professional removal: we handle dismantling and removal ourselves, so you don't have to worry
We buy them all — working or not. Working machines are valued as complete units; faulty ones are valued on their parts' worth. We do repairs ourselves, so our prices are fair — we won't lowball a machine just because it's faulty.

VALUATION

What Valuation Is Based On

Knowing this helps you negotiate with more confidence

Brand & Model

Mainstream brands and models with high market liquidity hold their value better; for less common models we still give an honest assessment.

Age & Operating Hours

The total running hours recorded by the system are an important reference — providing them accurately helps us reach a price faster.

Condition & State

Oil seepage on the robot body, cable wear and accuracy all affect the price; faulty units are fine too — we value them on their parts' worth.

Trade-In

Your old machine's value is credited against the replacement — trade up in payload or move to a newer model. Valuation, buyback and delivery are all handled by one team, saving you the hassle in between.

Assessment + trade-in in one go

Transaction Protection

We verify serial numbers and ownership before signing and settling in cash. Dismantling and removal are our responsibility — your other equipment on site is not affected.

Faulty & Repair-Pending Machines

We also buy machines with alarms, stoppages or missing accessories. With our own repair and refurbishment capability, faulty units are valued on their real repair worth — we don't use a fault as an excuse to slash the price.

Why Sell Your Equipment to Us

Idle equipment only keeps losing value as it sits: seals age, batteries run flat, parameters get lost. Disposing of it early is the right way to recover its residual value.

  • Free assessment: a preliminary estimate first, on-site inspection at no charge — and no cost even if we don't reach a deal
  • Quotes with a basis: we explain the price breakdown item by item and never lowball those less familiar with the market
  • We organise dismantling and transport: no need for your forklifts or staff, and we leave the site tidy
  • Prompt settlement: once acceptance is confirmed, payment is made as soon as possible by the agreed method — no dragging it out

Not comfortable sharing equipment details publicly? You can start by sending just the nameplate photo — we keep the details confidential.

FAQ

Selling Your Equipment FAQ

Can't find your answer? Feel free to contact us directly

QThe machine is already stopped with alarms — do you still buy it?

Yes. Faulty machines are valued on what they're worth once repaired. Repair and refurbishment is exactly what we do, so our valuations of faulty units are closer to their true worth than those of pure traders.

QHow soon do we get paid?

For single machines, enquiry to settlement is usually completed within days. For whole-line or whole-plant projects, the timeline is agreed based on the inventory workload, and payment milestones are written into the agreement.

QWill dismantling disrupt our normal production?

Dismantling can be scheduled outside production hours by agreement. Before work starts we confirm utility isolation and removal routes, and we leave the site clean when we go.

QWhat happens to the programs and process data on the machine?

On request, we can help wipe the program data from the control cabinet and teach pendant before buyback, with the data-handling method agreed in the contract.

QWe only have one small robot — is an on-site assessment worth it?

It is. Send photos and a video first for a preliminary estimate; if the price works, we arrange the visit — so you're not left waiting and we don't make wasted trips.
