From model selection to programming & commissioning, from process optimisation to operator training — we help you put your robot to genuinely good use, so every bit of investment turns into productive capacity.

Many factories find their robots "bought, but not working well": the model doesn't match the process, cycle times fall short, operators aren't yet comfortable — the equipment's potential never gets released. Our application support is there to help you solve exactly that "using it well" problem.
Based on payload, reach, cycle time, process and budget, we evaluate suitable models and configurations — and visit your site to check the working conditions before installation, so you avoid buying the wrong machine.
Essential before installationProgram writing, path teaching, process parameter tuning and line integration for robots of all brands — new installations and product changeovers can reach production as soon as possible.
Leading brandsWe analyse your existing programs and process paths, optimise trajectories and logic, shorten cycle times and cut idle motion — so the same equipment produces more.
Better quality, higher outputHands-on training for operators and technicians: safety rules, teach-pendant operation, daily checks and basic fault handling — reducing downtime caused by misoperation.
On-site coachingSend the alarm code, photos or a video via WeChat; our engineers give a preliminary assessment remotely and guide you through the fix on the spot where possible, saving unnecessary on-site charges.
Remote first, on-site when neededWe help you set up equipment files, inspection checklists and maintenance SOPs, so equipment management follows a clear standard and staff changes don't break continuity. See Knowledge & Resources.

From new machine installation to production line optimisation, there is support for every step
Mechanical installation checks, electrical wiring verification, parameter initialisation, coordinate system calibration and load test runs, with integration testing against surrounding equipment completed before handover — so the machine can enter production as soon as it arrives on site.
New machines & relocations alikeProgram writing and modification for handling, welding, palletising, gluing and other processes — smooth trajectories, singularity avoidance and complete logic interlocks. Programs are structured to be clear and maintainable, so your own staff can adjust them later with ease.
Multi-brand syntax supportedMotion breakdown and path optimisation at bottleneck stations, coordinating the timing of robots, positioners, conveyors and fixtures — unlocking the capacity of your existing line without replacing any equipment.
Measured data, not guessworkFor your operators and equipment managers: teach-pendant operation, program recall and simple edits, daily inspection points and first responses to common alarms. A checklist of key operating points is provided after each session.
Hands-on, on-site coachingAlarm code interpretation, parameter adjustment advice and program troubleshooting — fast response by phone, video or remote access. Small issues don't have to wait for a site visit; we restore production first, then talk optimisation.
Production restored firstWe build program and parameter backups for your equipment and help you establish a one-machine-one-file documentation habit — so staff turnover or a control cabinet replacement never means lost programs.

The equipment has just arrived and needs installation, commissioning, programming and integration with surrounding equipment to build capacity quickly. We can take on the commissioning of the entire line as one package.
New product generations, changed fixtures, different process parameters — the old programs no longer fit. We handle program revision, trajectory re-teaching and cycle-time verification.
Orders are growing and existing stations can't keep up. We start with motion analysis and bottleneck identification, then decide together whether to optimise programs, adjust the layout or add equipment.
Every step has a defined deliverable — the process is transparent and traceable

Many machines aren't broken; they were never properly tuned — uneven trajectories, sluggish cycle times, alarms that keep coming back. The value of technical support is returning your equipment to, or even beyond, the state it should be in.
It depends on the workload: small program edits and parameter adjustments can be charged per session, while whole-line commissioning is quoted as a project. We assess the situation on site or remotely first, then give you a clear quotation — work starts only once you agree.
Night shifts, weekends and planned shutdown windows can all be arranged by agreement; the exact schedule is confirmed at the planning stage. For urgent needs, just tell us by phone and we will prioritise you.
On-site service covers all cities in the Pearl River Delta. Projects elsewhere in China and overseas are arranged by agreement depending on scope and duration — and some issues can be resolved through remote support first.
They are yours. At handover we transfer the programs, parameters and backups together and explain the structure, so your own staff can maintain everything going forward.
By default it covers teach-pendant operation, program recall and simple edits, daily checks and handling of common alarms. Content can be tailored to your roles, and training is normally delivered on site when the equipment is handed over.
