Three things matter: the mechanical condition of the robot body, the retrofit cost versus the price difference to a new machine, and what your new process demands of the equipment. We give you an honest comparison — and if buying new is the better deal, we'll say so. Feel free to look at our new robot sales or used robot sales.

QWhat precision or cycle time can we expect after the upgrade?

We don't promise numbers pulled out of thin air. During the assessment we take real measurements and give you an achievable range with the reasoning behind it; acceptance is based on the measured KPIs both sides confirm.

QWill a retrofit affect the original warranty or certification?

For safety-related and structural changes we explain the scope of impact and carry out the work to the applicable standards. If the machine is still under OEM warranty, we recommend confirming with both us and the OEM before starting.

QHow long does a retrofit typically take?

Minor program and parameter optimisation takes from a day to a few days; typical projects such as electrical refurbishment or vision add-ons take one to several weeks, with the schedule set out in the plan.
