Used Industrial Robots for Sale

Automation is within reach even on a limited budget. Hand-picked small-payload models from multiple brands at roughly 30–50% of the new price — delivered only after passing inspection.

Used industrial robots in stock

Every unit ships only after passing inspection

We come from a repair-technology background. Every robot we take in goes through comprehensive inspection, necessary refurbishment and load testing — if it doesn't meet the delivery standard, we don't sell it.

  • Clear provenance: serial numbers and origin verified, no ownership disputes
  • Full inspection: robot body, servos and control cabinet checked item by item
  • Refurbished & commissioned: wear parts replaced, accuracy and cycle time restored
  • Delivery assurance: on-site test run and acceptance, with warranty

BUY STEPS

How Buying Works

1
Requirements DiscussionPayload / reach / process
2
Matching & RecommendationIn stock or sourced
3
Viewing & InspectionOn site or by video
4
Test Run & AcceptanceTested under load
5
Delivery with WarrantyCommissioning support included
6
Ongoing ServiceRepair / maintenance / upgrade
The biggest worry with a used purchase is "no support after the sale". For every machine we sell, follow-up maintenance & repair and retrofit & upgrade can all be handled by one team — that's the difference between buying used from a technical service provider and buying from an ordinary equipment trader.

HOW TO BUY

Buying a Used Robot? Follow These Four Steps

Do the homework up front and you'll avoid most of the pitfalls in this market

1
Define RequirementsWorkpiece, payload, cycle time, reach
2
Shortlist ModelsMatch brand and model to your process
3
Inspect & TestCheck point by point, on site or by video
4
Refurbish & DeliverCommission to target before it goes live

Step 1: Don't let the salesperson define your requirements

Write it down first: how heavy the workpiece is, how far it needs to reach, how many parts per minute, and your site's voltage and air-supply conditions. The more specific the requirements, the more accurate the selection — and the less likely you are to be steered toward whatever's sitting in stock.

Step 2: For the same process, favour models with a large installed base

A large installed base means parts are easy to find, service resources are plentiful, and resale later is easier. Niche models are cheap for a reason — factor that into the total cost.

Step 3: Don't judge a machine by its appearance alone

Looks can be refreshed, but running condition can't lie. Focus on the alarm log, how each axis runs, repeatability and any signs of oil leaks — see our seven inspection checkpoints.

Step 4: Put the delivery standard into the contract

The running condition at delivery, the warranty scope and the documentation handover checklist should all be written down clause by clause. Every machine we deliver comes with its inspection records and a delivery warranty.

Used robot refurbishment workshop

Before delivery, every unit passes seven checks

We don't sell machines on an "inspect when it arrives" basis. Every used robot is refurbished and inspected before delivery, and the inspection records are handed over with the machine:

  • 1Source and serial number verification, confirming the machine's identity and age
  • 2Appearance and structure inspection: collision marks, corrosion, oil leak points
  • 3Manual and automatic run tests on each axis, listening for unusual noise and watching for vibration
  • 4Reading the alarm log and running hours to assess usage intensity
  • 5Spot-checking repeatability to verify mechanical condition
  • 6Function verification of the control cabinet, teach pendant and cables as a set
  • 7Pre-delivery refurbishment: lubrication, fastening, cleaning, program initialisation

We've also written up the full inspection method: Used Industrial Robot Inspection Guide: Seven Checkpoints — useful even if you don't buy from us.

GUARANTEE

Warranty & After-Sales Commitment

Used machines should still come with real after-sales support

Delivery Warranty

We provide a delivery warranty period as agreed in the contract; the warranty scope and exclusions are written clause by clause in the sales agreement — verbal promises don't count.

Complete Delivery Documentation

Inspection records, program backups and basic operating instructions are handed over with the machine; for models missing the original manual, we supply our own operating key points.

A Closed-Loop Service

Installation and commissioning, ongoing maintenance, program changes and upgrades can all continue with us — one service provider per machine, no juggling multiple vendors.

FAQ

Used Robot Buying FAQ

Can't find your answer? Feel free to contact us directly

QCan we inspect the machine on site or by video?

Yes. Local customers are welcome to visit and run the machine; for customers further away we can arrange a video call and walk through the running condition and alarm log point by point against the inspection checklist.

QWhat if we can't commission it ourselves after buying?

We can provide installation, commissioning and programming services, quoted per project; we also offer operator training so your staff can handle daily use and basic checks.

QHow is logistics arranged?

Within the province and nearby regions, we arrange professional packing and transport. For customers in other provinces or overseas, we can help arrange logistics and advise on loading and unloading to prevent transit damage.

QCan we trade in our old machine?

Yes. Your idle robots can be assessed and their value offset against the purchase price — see Used Robot Buyback. Buy and sell settled in one conversation.

QWhy is there such a big price difference between the same models?

Year of manufacture, usage intensity, maintenance condition and completeness of accessories all affect price. When we quote, we explain the specific condition of the machine — and we recommend asking other suppliers the same questions so you're comparing like with like.
