Industrial Robot Rental

Peak-season production, pilot runs, trade-show demos — no need to sink hundreds of thousands of RMB into buying equipment. Short-term and long-term rentals available. Maintenance and repairs are covered for the entire rental period, and at the end of the term you can return, renew, or buy the robot.

Industrial robots prepared for rental

When renting beats buying

Not every automation need justifies a purchase. As a repair-first company, we have seen plenty of robots bought at full price and left idle after six months. Renting is the more sensible option in these situations:

  • 1Peak-season capacity: a three-month order surge does not pay back a new robot — rent one, return it when the rush is over
  • 2Pilot production runs: not sure automation will work for your process? Rent a robot for two or three months, verify cycle time and yield with real data, then decide
  • 3Trade shows and product launches: a collaborative robot on demo for three to five days costs a fraction of buying one
  • 4University labs and R&D projects: limited budgets, short timelines — a small-payload rental covers most coursework and prototypes
  • 5Cash-flow-sensitive automation: monthly rent instead of a lump-sum outlay, and rental fees go straight to your cost account

RENTAL PLANS

Four rental plans

Pick by duration and purpose — or call us with your application and we will recommend one

Short-term rental (1–6 months)

The go-to choice for peak-season capacity, trade-show demos and pilot runs. Monthly billing with weekly and daily options for urgent cases; on-site installation in as little as 3 working days for stocked models. Small six-axis robots from approx. RMB 4,000–9,000/month.

Short-term details →

Long-term rental (12 months+)

For production lines that run year-round without the capital outlay. Annual rates run 20–30% below monthly pricing, and maintenance, repairs and wear parts are all included, with a 48-hour on-site response commitment.

Long-term details →

Rent-to-own

Pay as you use. After the agreed term (typically 24–36 months) the robot becomes yours, with a contractually defined share of the rent paid credited toward ownership. Minimal upfront cash, ideal for phased automation budgets.

Rental with services

More than hardware: programming, commissioning and operator training bundled in. Our engineers hand over a process that actually runs at target cycle time — the right choice if you have no robot programmers in house.

WHY RENT FROM US

What changes when the lessor is a repair specialist

Plenty of companies rent robots. Very few can answer "what happens when it breaks mid-term?" — in writing.

Maintenance and repairs included

We are a robot repair and maintenance company first. If a rented robot fails through no fault of yours, we respond within 30 minutes to 3 hours across the Pearl River Delta. Repairs, scheduled maintenance and wear parts are covered by the rent — written into the contract, not a verbal promise.

Seven-point inspection before every rental

Each robot leaves our workshop only after a full check: axis-by-axis run test, alarm-log readout, repeatability spot check, cable and controller verification. The inspection record ships with the robot — you know exactly what you are getting.

Return, renew or buy — your call

Term over and the robot is not the right fit? Return it. Grown attached? Credited rent converts part of the purchase price. Process changed mid-term? We will discuss a swap instead of making you find another supplier.

FAQ

Rental FAQ

More answers in the full rental FAQ, or just contact us

QHow does the deposit work, and when is it refunded?

Typically 1–2 months' rent, sized to the robot's value and the term. On return, once the robot passes inspection with no operator-caused damage and all accessories present, the deposit is refunded in full (interest-free) within 5 working days. Normal wear — light paint scratches, consumed wear parts — is never deducted. What is and is not deductible is itemized in the contract.

QWhat if the robot breaks down during the term?

Failures that are not your fault: we repair them at no charge — repairs, maintenance and wear parts are included in the rent, with 30-minute to 3-hour on-site response across the Pearl River Delta. Operator-caused damage (collision, water ingress, misuse): charged at actual repair cost, always with a written inspection quote approved by you before any work starts. If downtime hits your production, we can discuss a loaner robot or a term extension as compensation.

QWhat is the shortest rental? Can we rent by the day?

Standard billing is monthly. For 3-day to 2-week needs — trade shows, short trials — we run a daily/weekly lane at a premium, scheduled case by case. Around peak show seasons (Canton Fair periods) cobots book out fast; reserve at least two weeks ahead.

QWe have nobody who can operate a robot. Can we still rent?

Yes — choose "rental with services": we program and commission the process and train your staff (daily start-up, program selection, basic checks). Per-day engineer attendance is available too. For sites with zero technical staff, we offer full station management.

QDo you issue VAT invoices? How does finance treat the rent?

Yes, VAT invoices are issued (tax item per contract). Operating-lease rent is booked as a period cost — it does not sit on your fixed-asset ledger, which is attractive if you are managing your debt-to-asset ratio. Rent-to-own accounting depends on contract substance; confirm with your finance team before signing and we will cooperate fully.

QDo you rent to customers outside Guangdong? What about freight?

Within Guangdong we deliver by dedicated truck and install on site. Outside the province rentals are possible: round-trip freight and travel are billed at cost, and installation can be guided remotely or done by our engineer on site. Overseas pure-equipment rental is not offered at present, though short project-based cooperation with services can be discussed.
