Pricing, deposits, contracts, breakdowns, returns and buy-outs — the questions you will ask before signing, answered here in one place. Anything missing? Just call.
At 2026 Pearl River Delta market rates: small six-axis robots (5–10 kg, e.g. FANUC LR Mate, ABB IRB 1200) run about RMB 3,600–6,500/month on long-term rental, with short-term rates 20–40% higher; cobots about RMB 4,000–9,000/month; medium-payload machines (20–100 kg) about RMB 8,000–20,000/month. Final quotes vary with model, condition and term — call with your application for an on-the-spot estimate.
Usually 1–2 months' rent; for high-value models it is assessed against the robot's value. On return, once the robot passes inspection (no operator-caused damage, all accessories present), the deposit is refunded in full and interest-free within 5 working days, to the same corporate account used at signing.
Included: the right to use the robot, non-fault repairs during the term, quarterly preventive maintenance, standard wear-part replacement, unlimited remote support. Billed separately: round-trip freight, installation and commissioning (can be packaged per project), operator-caused damage repairs, end-of-arm tooling (purchasable or self-built), and value-added services such as on-site production support. Every separate item is listed on the quote — once signed, the contract price does not move.
Yes, we issue VAT invoices. Operating-lease rent is booked as a period cost, never as a fixed asset — it leaves your debt-to-asset ratio untouched, which is exactly why some customers rent instead of buying. Rent-to-own may constitute a finance lease depending on contract substance; confirm the treatment with your finance team before signing.
Signing locks both: rent does not change during the contract term regardless of market movement. Renewals are quoted at then-current rates, with priority availability and preferred pricing for returning customers.
Mostly refurbished used machines in verified condition — which is precisely why rental beats buying new on cost — plus some near-new and ex-demo units. Every robot passes a seven-point inspection before shipping, and the record travels with it: manufacture year, run hours and preparation work, all in writing. If you require a brand-new machine, the new robot sales channel is the better fit.
We source it. Through our repair and used-equipment trade network, common brand models can usually be located within 1–2 weeks. Sourced robots are quoted individually based on value, and you receive the inspection report before signing or paying — confirm the condition, then commit.
Yes — visit our Panyu workshop for a hands-on run-off; customers further away get a live video session walking the inspection checklist: run tests, alarm logs, accuracy checks. What you see before signing is exactly what gets delivered. No "photos for reference only" games.
Standard rent does not include tooling — grippers and vacuum cups differ with every process. Three options: we design and build it (quoted per project), we supply standard components (flange interface drawings provided), or you build your own. Most customers choose the first — one vendor, tooling and commissioning done together.
It depends on the scenario: human-adjacent cells, interactive demos and light assembly call for a cobot (UR, JAKA, AUBO) — flexible to deploy, but slower and pricier per unit; fixed stations and high-rate handling, palletizing or welding call for a traditional six-axis robot (FANUC, ABB, Yaskawa) — faster, and actually cheaper to rent. Unsure? Send us the application and an engineer will make the call with you.
Non-fault failures: repairs fully covered, on site within 30 minutes to 3 hours in the Pearl River Delta; if a quick fix is not possible we discuss a loaner robot or a term extension as compensation. Operator-caused damage (collision, water ingress, overload, misuse): charged at repair cost, with a written inspection quote approved by you before work starts. If liability is disputed, the robot's alarm log and on-site inspection findings are the evidence — no finger-pointing.
It is split by level: daily checks (visual condition, unusual noises, e-stop function) are done by your operators using the checklist we provide and teach during training; quarterly deep maintenance (lubrication, accuracy verification, cable inspection) is done by us on site — already covered by the rent.
Yes. Choose rental with services: programming and commissioning bundled, plus operator training — by acceptance your staff can run daily operations independently. Add production support during ramp-up (engineer on site 3–7 days); teams with no technical staff at all can sign a full station management agreement where operation and maintenance are entirely ours. See rental process & service options.
Programs written for your process during the term are yours to use; at return you receive a complete backup (USB or cloud) — we never hold your programs hostage. The robot's factory programs and parameters are reset during preparation; anything covered by OEM intellectual property cannot be copied out.
Yes, with prior notice. The contract names the site of use; for a relocation we assess the move and handle disassembly and transport (billed separately). Unauthorized moves that damage or lose the robot are handled under the contract's liability clauses.
Standard terms start at one month. For 3-day to 2-week needs — trade shows, short trials — we run a daily/weekly lane: daily rates are about 1/10 of the monthly rate, weekly about 3/8, with a 3-day minimum including basic commissioning. Around peak show seasons (March–April, September–October) slots fill fast — book at least two weeks ahead.
Yes, and there is no penalty fee. Rent is settled by actual duration and any prepaid rent is refunded or topped up accordingly. The only requirement: 7 days' notice, so we can schedule disassembly and transport. This is where we differ from the "no deposit back if you leave early" playbook.
Two channels: convert within 6 months of a short-term rental and 50% of the rent paid is credited toward the purchase price; or choose rent-to-own, where ownership transfers after 24–36 months, with early buy-out settled as "agreed buy-out price minus the contractual credit for rent paid." The credit percentage is written into the contract at signing and executed exactly as written. See rent-to-own terms.
The criteria are written into the contract: collision deformation, water or oil ingress, overloaded operation, unauthorized disassembly or modification, and missing accessories count as operator-caused damage, deducted at repair cost. Light paint scratches, natural wear-part consumption and normal aging count as normal wear — never deducted. Before any deduction you receive a written confirmation sheet with photos and the inspection report; it takes effect only after both parties sign, and disputes can go to a third-party assessor.
Corporate customers sign with a business licence (e-signature supported). Individual customers — university research groups, independent studios — sign with a government ID, at a higher deposit ratio. The robot may only be used by the signing party at the agreed site; subletting and lending are not permitted.
Within Guangdong: dedicated-truck delivery plus on-site installation, one-stop. Outside the province: rentals are possible — round-trip freight and engineer travel billed at cost, installation guided remotely or performed on site. Overseas: pure equipment rental is not offered at present (cross-border logistics, insurance and after-sales costs are prohibitive), but short project-based cooperation with services can be discussed — contact us for details.
