From application review to return settlement: what happens at every step, who is responsible, and which documents you receive — all stated up front.
Standard orders deliver within 7 days; rush orders via the express lane in as little as 3 working days
Give us these details and the model selection lands right the first time: Part weight and dimensions, process type (handling / palletizing / welding / assembly / dispensing), required cycle time (parts per minute), working reach, on-site power and air supply, planned rental term. Photos or a layout drawing help. Not sure about some of it? No problem — an engineer visits the site once and everything becomes clear. Site visits within the Pearl River Delta are free of charge.
We match 2–3 candidate robots to your process, explaining the payload margin, reach coverage and condition differences of each. The quote itemizes everything: monthly rent, deposit, freight, installation and commissioning, in-term services, end-of-term options. No "we will discuss it later" hidden items.
The rental contract states: term and start/end dates, rent and payment method, deposit amount and refund conditions, fault responsibility split, criteria for operator-caused damage, and renewal / early return / buy-out terms. Corporate customers provide a business licence copy; e-signature or in-person signing both work. The deposit reaching our account starts the preparation clock.
Before leaving the workshop every robot passes a seven-point inspection: serial number verification → structural and cosmetic check → axis run tests in manual and automatic modes → alarm log and run-hour readout → repeatability spot check → controller, teach pendant and cable verification → lubrication, fastening, cleaning and program reset. The printed inspection record travels with the robot — its condition in black and white.
Arm and controller are separately secured in anti-collision packaging and delivered by dedicated truck within the province. On site: positioning and anchoring (floor bolts or your designated base), power and air connection, leveling, safety circuit integration (e-stop and safety gates configured to your site). Tight aisles or lifts needed? Tell us in advance and we bring the right equipment.
We program your process, set the points, tune the cycle time, and run loaded production tests. Acceptance criteria are agreed at signing: target cycle time, repeatability, fault-free run duration. Once passed, both sides sign the acceptance form and the rental clock starts. Operator training included: daily start-up and shutdown, program selection and edit permissions, basic inspection items, emergency procedures.
During the term: quarterly maintenance visits, fault response (30 minutes to 3 hours in the Pearl River Delta), unlimited remote support. Thirty days before term end we reach out with your three options: Return (we handle disassembly and transport; deposit refunded after a clean inspection), Renew (longer renewals move to long-term rates), or Buy (rent paid credited per the contract).
Normal wear never touches the deposit: light paint scratches, natural wear-part consumption, ordinary teach pendant aging. Deductions apply to: structural collision damage, operator-caused motor or gearbox failure, water or oil ingress, unauthorized disassembly or modification, missing accessories (pendant, cables, manuals). Before any deduction you receive a written confirmation sheet — it only takes effect after both parties sign.

Complementary services beyond the hardware — mix and match as needed
Process programming, point teaching and cycle-time optimization — included until acceptance. Simple handling and palletizing processes run RMB 1,000–3,000; multi-station or vision-guided work is quoted per project.
During ramp-up an engineer stays on site, running production while coaching your staff — typically 3–7 days. After that, daily operation and program handling are fully in your hands.
Two courses: Operator (daily use and inspections, 1–2 days) and Programmer (program editing and basic programming, 3–5 days). Both are taught hands-on, at your site, on the rented robot.
No technical staff at all? Buy engineer attendance by the day, or sign a monthly management agreement: operation, program maintenance and fault handling all on us — you just produce.
