QHow long does a repair usually take?

Diagnosis of common alarm-type faults is usually completed the same day; repairs needing part replacement take days to a week or two depending on parts availability; major overhauls are scheduled per the plan. We give an estimated timeline and keep you updated on progress.

QCan you assess it remotely first?

Yes. Send us the alarm code, fault symptoms and a video; we'll give a directional assessment and handling advice, and if it can be solved remotely we won't keep you waiting for a site visit.

QIf we decide not to repair after inspection, is there a charge?

If you choose not to proceed after our quote, you pay only the agreed basic inspection fee (if any), and we still share the inspection conclusions so you can make other arrangements.

QCan you repair old models that have been out of production for years?

We've handled many older models, including board-level repair and alternative-part solutions for discontinued machines. Send us the model number for an assessment first — we take the job only when we're confident we can deliver.
