Monthly rent is billed by calendar month from the acceptance sign-off date. Deposit is 1–2 months' rent, refunded in full without interest within 5 working days of a clean return inspection.
Non-fault repairs: fully covered. Operator-caused damage (collision, water ingress, overload, misuse): charged at repair cost, with a written inspection quote approved by you before work begins.
Renew with 7 days' notice; longer renewals switch to long-term rates. Early return is billed by actual duration with prepaid rent settled up or refunded — no penalty fee.
The robot may not be sublet, pledged or moved from the agreed site without notice. Relocation is possible with prior approval — we assess and handle disassembly and transport.
For high-value models we recommend property insurance (beneficiary as agreed); premiums can be shared as negotiated, and we can arrange cover through partner channels.
