What the 20001 alarm means
The AUBO controller itself reported a system-level fault — task crash, memory fault, or internal watchdog — halting the program. Codes 2xxxx are controller-level events. This is one of the faults our repair team handles on AUBO i-series / C-series (ARCS SDK) systems — the cause is usually identifiable within the first on-site inspection.
Most common causes
- Unhandled exception in the robot program
- Corrupted project or configuration file
- Power event during a write operation
- Controller hardware fault
Step-by-step field fix
- Record the full message and any sub-code
- Power-cycle the controller
- Restore the last known-good project backup
- Check the 24 V control supply stability
- Back up everything, then escalate to service if the fault returns
