What the SRVO-213 alarm means

A fuse on the panel PCB has blown, indicating an overcurrent on that circuit. This is one of the faults our repair team handles most often — the cause is usually identifiable within the first on-site inspection.

Most common causes

  • Short in the teach pendant or its cable
  • Short in an external device powered from that rail
  • Panel board component failure
Field note: the first item on this list is what we find most often on real machines. Check it before you go deeper.

Step-by-step field fix

  1. Do NOT just replace the fuse - find the short first
  2. Disconnect the TP and test: fuse holds = fault is in TP/cable
  3. Inspect TP cable for damage
  4. Replace the faulty component, then the fuse
Safety first: never bypass safety circuits or force contactors closed. If the alarm involves E-stop chains or servo power, and you are not a trained robot technician, contact a professional — wrong moves here can cost you a robot or an injury.
