What the 0x000030 alarm means
The JAKA controller (cabinet or joint module) reports an internal temperature above the safe threshold; motion is inhibited until the unit cools down. This is one of the faults our repair team handles on JAKA Zu / JAKA Pro cobots (APP) systems — the cause is usually identifiable within the first on-site inspection.
Most common causes
- Cabinet cooling fan failed or airflow blocked
- Ambient temperature above 45 degC
- Sustained high-speed duty with no rest margin
- Dust clogging heatsinks and vents
Step-by-step field fix
- Stop the robot and let the controller cool
- Check cabinet fans and clean vents and filters
- Lower the ambient temperature or add ventilation
- Reduce continuous speed in the hottest part of the cycle
- Restart and monitor the temperature trend in the APP
