What the E0012 alarm means
A servo-path computation failed: the robot cannot physically reach the recorded target point with the current tool and posture. This is one of the faults our repair team handles on Nachi AW / FD series systems — the cause is usually identifiable within the first on-site inspection.
Most common causes
- Taught point outside the reachable envelope
- Wrong tool/offset making the target unreachable
- Point recorded in a different base coordinate
- Axis limits configured too tight
