What the P1001 alarm means

A program run was requested while the controller is in teach mode; Kawasaki P-codes are operation errors — the hardware is fine, the request just does not match the current mode or state.   4. Verify no other task is executing the same program
  5. If the mode switch itself is unreliable, inspect the mode selector hardware
