What the 10014 alarm means

The xCore controller reports that a servo drive node failed its ready check or raised a drive-level fault; the affected axis cannot be enabled. This is one of the most-seen codes on ROKAE XB/CR series robots. This is one of the faults our repair team handles on ROKAE xCore (XB / CR / NB series) systems — the cause is usually identifiable within the first on-site inspection.

Step-by-step field fix

  1. Read the drive node status in the xCore diagnostics page to find the failing axis
  2. Check drive power and status LEDs in the cabinet
  3. Inspect motor and encoder cables for the axis
  4. Clear the latched drive fault and re-enable at low speed
  5. Power-cycle the drive node if the fault will not clear
