What the 13200 alarm means

Drive DC bus voltage is outside the valid window — overvoltage from regeneration or undervoltage from the supply. This is one of the faults our repair team handles on ROKAE xCore (XB / CR / NB series) systems — the cause is usually identifiable within the first on-site inspection.

  • Incoming supply out of range
  • Braking resistor open or undersized
  • Loose main-circuit terminals
  • Aggressive deceleration of a heavy axis

Step-by-step field fix

  1. Measure the supply voltage under load
  2. Check the braking resistor and its wiring
  3. Tighten main terminals
  4. Soften deceleration ramps
  5. Replace the drive if supply and resistor are healthy
