What the D1562 alarm means
The incoming AC supply measured at the power sequence board is above the permitted range; the controller protects itself from overvoltage. Most common causes
- Plant supply voltage genuinely high (tap changer issue, light-load period)
- Transformer tap set wrong
- Voltage-sensing circuit fault on the power sequence board

- If plant voltage is high, correct it at the transformer/feeder
- Verify the controller transformer tap matches the local voltage
