What the E1294 alarm means

The 24 V I/O supply on the servo board dipped below its threshold; inputs to the servo logic become unreliable and the controller faults. This is one of the faults our repair team handles on Kawasaki E / F / C series (AS language) systems — the cause is usually identifiable within the first on-site inspection.

  2. Check for sagging when solenoids/valves actuate
  3. Inspect I/O wiring for shorts to ground
  4. Tighten all 24 V terminals
  5. Replace the 24 V supply if it cannot hold the rail
